Eric Phillipson, born in Marquette, MI and raised in Kalamazoo, MI, has been working with various independent artists since the age of 9 when he would help his uncle carry equipment to various gigs.

Having worked with major labels, independent labels, and both major and indie artists, Phillipson has helped many get the ball rolling on their music careers. He’s been recommended by many for his passion in music business and innovative ideas when it comes to Music Marketing and Promotions.

Though his work and ideas are usually non-traditional, he most definitely gets the job done.  In order to do so, Phillipson instills three core values in everything he implements. They are as follows:

Eric Phillipson is a strong believer in entrepreneurship in the music industry and has stated on numerous occasions that artists need to embrace the doors opened by being an entrepreneur in the industry.

He is a part of Kentucky’s Award Winning Marketing and Promotions team the Knockout Squad, and a strong supporter of the KYMP KAMP DJs.  Currently, Phillipson resides in Michigan and has returned to the University in order to finish up a degree in Business Management.
